A.M.E Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the A.M.E Family! At A.M.E (Admin Made Easy), we are your dedicated partner in growth. By engaging our services or purchasing a monthly package, you are joining our family and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Our Partnership & Status
1.1 Independent Contractor
A.M.E is an independent contractor and not an employee. We are responsible for our own Income Tax, GST, Insurance, and Superannuation.
1.2 Authority & Ownership
A.M.E provides its own equipment and retains the right to determine the method and timing of performing services to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
1.3 Subcontracting
To maintain the A.M.E standard as we grow, we reserve the right to engage qualified Virtual Assistants to assist with tasks, though A.M.E remains your primary point of contact and is responsible for all work quality and confidentiality.
2. Service Structure & Monthly Hours
2.1 Flat-Rate Packages
We operate on a monthly flat-rate basis (Startup, Growth, Executive, or Corporate). Each package grants you a specific allocation of service hours per month.
2.2 Task Complexity
While standard admin is billed at 1:1 hours, complex tasks such as SOP drafting, CRM migrations, or Project Coordination may require a time-block estimate. We will always flag if a complex task will consume a significant portion of your monthly allocation before we begin.
2.3 No Rollover Policy
To guarantee your dedicated capacity in our schedule, unused hours do not roll over to the following month.
2.4 Overage
If your requests exceed your monthly hour allocation, we will notify you and additional hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate or via a package upgrade.
2.5 Package Changes
Upgrades are effective immediately, while downgrades or cancellations require 14 days’ written notice.
3. Onsite Support (Brisbane & Surrounds)
3.1 Full-Day Onsite Visits
All monthly packages include one full day (up to 8 hours) of onsite support to help physically or digitally organise your workspace and immerse ourselves in your business operations.
3.2 Travel & Location
This service is available within the Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions. Locations outside this radius may incur a travel fee or be conducted via a Virtual Deep-Dive.
3.3 Cancellation
We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an onsite visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the 8 hours being deducted from your monthly package balance.
4. Fees, Payment & Standard Hours
4.1 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are paid in advance on a monthly cycle, and service begins once the initial payment is received.
4.2 Non-Profit Rate
Registered non-profit organizations are eligible for a discount across all standard flat-rate packages.
4.3 Standard Hours
Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
4.4 Premium Service
Tasks requiring same-day "Rush" completion or work requested on weekends will incur a 1.5x hour deduction from your monthly balance to account for priority scheduling.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
5.1 Confidentiality
A.M.E agrees to keep all Client business information, trade secrets, and data strictly confidential.
5.2 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all work created specifically for the Client becomes your property. A.M.E retains ownership of its proprietary internal processes, templates, and methodologies used to deliver the services.
6. Liability & Indemnity
6.1 Limitation of Liability
A.M.E’s liability is strictly limited to the value of one month’s service fee.
6.2 Financial Responsibility
For accounts services such as Xero, A.M.E prepares the data, but the Client retains final responsibility for reviewing and authorising all payments.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
