We are a 100% Indigenous-owned business, founded by Erykha Jackson, a proud Wakka Wakka woman. After seven years in professional admin, Erykha returned from maternity leave and saw a gap: the need for flexible work that truly supports both family and business owners.


A.M.E. was born to honor this dual purpose: to prioritise motherhood and family first, while providing reliable, exceptional support to organisations across Australia.
